 Mission/Vision
To be an effective NGO that spearheads youth involvement in agriculture as it relates to advocacy, education and training. NAYA also envisions itself as an organization that can effectively channel youthful energies to enhance the sustainable development initiative of Dominica. NAYA sees the agricultural sector as the pillar to Dominica's future development.
What does the organization do?
NAYA is involved in advocacy, education, training and other activities that lead to an increased youth participation in agriculture and rural development. NAYA is also the linkage between policy makers and the youth on matters concerning agricultural development. NAYA's mandate also concerns education at both the primary school level as well as young persons who seek to engage in aspects of agriculture as a career.
Opportunities for Youth
The organization is youth-led and focuses on developing its members and the general public to have a greater appreciation for agriculture and also to advance youthful activity within the sector as it relates to agricultural production, marketing, research, processing and education.
