Mission/Vision
The National Youth Council of Canada is determined to prepare Canadian youth for their future in public society. It outlines various methods of public inclusion and realization of life. It works on a parliamentary level to allow youth to experience the political aspect of life, and ensuring independence and public opinion. The council also strongly outlines the aspect of democracy.
The National youth council of Canada not only works with Canadian youth, but also with international youth, by coordinating a sector solely for International Affairs and Cooperation.
What does the organization do?
The council responds to all issues, concerns or matters pertaining to youth in Canada and in International countries. We respond through means of media and through the means of federal, provincial and municipal levels of government.
The council members (approximately 253 current members) elects new ministers every year, to represent various ministries and sectors.
