Contributing to the response to HIV and AIDS in Sri Lanka
Lanka +, the only registered NGO for HIV/AIDS in Sri Lanka, was established in 2001 to provide support to people living with HIV/AIDS. There are currently over 100 registered members, regardless of race and religion, who have access to various services from Lanka +.

Lanka + has now become a support centre for people infected with HIV. While their services are many, the organization is 100% dependant on donor support to fund its activities, including administrative costs. The objectives and projects of Lanka + are designed and based entirely on the requirements raised by its membership who are suffering from HIV/AIDS.
