 Mission/Vision
To unify the Masonic youth in providing compassionate and committed proactive service for the Filipino under the Fatherhood of God.
To initiate, implement and promote youth-led environmental and social activities while fostering camaraderie and leadership skills enhancement among the members.
What does the organization do?
The JODERA-CDO, Inc., representing the three Masonic Youth Organizations of Cagayan de Oro City, advances each organization’s vision. By providing a venue for interaction, JODERA-CDO, INC. enables each organization to engage with each other and with the community and promotes excellence among its members to produce quality leaders in their respective youth organizations.
Together, these Masonic youth shall be the force in providing youth-led programs on community development that are environmentally focused and create charity works for the benefit of the underprivileged as well as ensuring a proactive advocacy for the promotion and protection of the Filipino youth.
Opportunities for Youth
The JODERA-CDO, Inc, representing the three Masonic Youth Organizations of Cagayan de Oro City, shall:
* provide a venue for inter-organizational activities that will foster camaraderie and unity among the Masonic youths;organize relevant community-based programs and projects that would meet the needs of the society
* ensure protection and preservation of the environment
* advocate promotion and protection of the youth
* enhance the leadership, management and parliamentary skills of the members through seminars, workshops and camps
